If it is found that the accused person has committed sexual abuse while investigating the complaint under this Act, the officer hearing the complaint shall punish such person in accordance with section 12 and pay the following compensation or money to the victim:-
(a) In case of physical or mental damage, compensation for such damage (b) actual expenses incurred in filing the complaint or defending the complaint.
